Wendy believes organizing never stops. As Chair, she’ll:
• Strengthen the coordinated campaign model to integrate federal & statewide candidates and involve state & local races, issue advocacy, and civic engagement.
• Ensure field organizers are in every region, not just major metros.
• Build a 12-month organizing calendar that keeps volunteers and committees active between elections.
• Develop local talent, and train all organizers in cultural competency, allowing space to develop local knowledge and relationships.
